Private Work with Me

Integrated

I named my practice Integrative Healing because I feel the process of healing requires that we integrate the many parts of ourself. These parts are interconnected, much like our complicated bodily systems, which work in synchronicity.

I recognize that the interwoven past, present and future selves is also essential to understanding the whole you.

I utilize an integrative approach of a variety of treatment modalities in order to best serve my clients.

Trauma-Informed

I use a trauma-informed, person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy. You get to decide what the goals you have, which sometimes change during the therapeutic process as you understand yourself.

I don't believe in cookie cutter treatment, nor do I believe everyone is on the same timeline with their healing. Trauma knows its own timeline.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Feminist Theory from a social work lens to treat the whole person.
