About the Retreats

Preparation & Integration Calls

Before the Journey
To make sure you’re mentally, emotionally, and logistically ready.

  • Intentions: Clarifying why you’re doing this and what you hope to learn or heal.

  • Mindset & expectations: Discussing what can realistically happen (including discomfort) and how to work with challenging moments.

  • Setting: Reviewing where the journey will happen, who will be present, and how to create a safe, supportive space.

  • Health & safety: Talking about mental health history, medications, physical needs, and potential contraindications.

  • Practical prep: Diet, rest, clothing, music, objects, and any rituals you might want to include.

To help you make sense of and apply what came up, so insights don’t fade into “nice but useless memories.”

  • Reflection: Sharing what happened during the journey, emotionally and experientially.

  • Meaning-making: Interpreting symbols, lessons, or breakthroughs in a grounded way.

  • Application: Turning insights into real-life changes or practices.

  • Emotional processing: Navigating any confusion, grief, or euphoria that surfaces afterward.

  • Support plan: How to keep integrating over days/weeks instead of rushing back to “normal.”
